We are not angry at incompetent leaders making bad decisions. Leaders take on a lot of responsibility for their pay grade. We are angry at the fact they tend to evade the consequences of their responsibility - sometimes even benefited from it.

Surviving at an okay establishment, waiting out the employment trough. A slow and declining economy is the best time for resting and cultivation. No point fighting the job market.
